Translation
This is a translation of a Bulgarian-language post. It conveys the content faithfully but is not the author's original English writing.
For our creations we use wild-growing herbs and cultivated raspberries of the Bulgarian variety Lyulin, picked from the Happy Horses Estate plantation in the heart of the valley of the Thracian kings and the roses — grown cleanly, with much love and care for the Earth. Our goal is to create, cultivate and live in a healthy environment, to make healthy and living, local food of plant origin, in harmony and sustainable symbiosis with Nature, using clean, cultivated and wild natural products, maintaining the local habitats, following traditional recipes and methods of processing and preserving that retain to the maximum the flavour, energetic, nutritional and aesthetic qualities of the food products. Everything is made at home under the dome of the "Raspberry Workshop"; our whole family and our friends take part in the creation of the products. Thank you for choosing the Bulgarian, and for making your contribution to the creation of a small, Bulgarian, family business!

Briefly on the benefits of raspberries:
Raspberries are a powerful natural antioxidant, because of their content of vitamin A and vitamin E, lutein, zeaxanthin and beta-carotene. Raspberries neutralise harmful free radicals, quench thirst and improve digestion. Low in calories, suitable for weight-loss diets, for people with diabetes (in the products without added sugar!). They help with heart disturbances, with nausea during pregnancy, with colds. High in vitamin C. They also contain: copper, zinc, manganese, selenium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium.
