Horo — the whole ring
Seven positions, seven steps, one dance. The society IS the horo itself — not a model of society, not an analogy for society. It is the society. Every module below is not "mapped onto" the ring — it IS one of the positions. Public pricing, cited sources, one harmonic scale; because we are all dancing the same dance.
Economic modules ascend by price along the measure (1 → 2 → 4 → 8 → 7 → 5 → 9). Organic modules walk the life cycle itself: ascent 1 → 2 → 4 → 8 is GROWTH; descent 8 → 7 → 5 → 9 is HARVEST → RETURN. The ring closes — unity opens the next cycle.

The system carries N curated, sourced data points. Each is research a visitor no longer has to do. The donation budget snaps to the harmonic lattice — €432 = A432 — the anchor the whole architecture folds around.

Bulgaria — the concrete application
The architecture is region-agnostic. People communicate in language and locale (/, /en/ — the site's two locales); countries / traditions are data inside the content, not a separate URL hierarchy. So the BG-specific modules carry a bg- prefix in the slug but live in the same /horo/ plane as the universal ones — no one "enters Bulgaria" to read about civic governance; they read it in the locale they speak.

→ A new country / region / tradition: add xx-<slug> modules (where xx is the country code) + register them with region: 'xx' in horo-modules.js. The locale stays the outer wrapper (/, /en/); the country is metadata in the slug, not a directory in the URL.
Horo within horo — module intersections
Just as tags compose into paths (/topics/a/b/c), HORO modules compose into cells (/horo/a-b). The set {1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9} is closed under multiplication mod 9 — any two positions always compose to a third on the same ring. 17 × 16 / 2 = 136 possible intersections; one example:

Civic layer — what a society does, besides dance
The dance — the ring — and everything else a society does: trade, vote, negotiate, care. Each has seven positions; each lives on the same ring.
