In our view, the urban environment — a hub of culture, art and economy — has, through the recent years of industrialisation, gradually lost the charm of the cities of old, giving way to faceless megacities (noise and pollution), while at the same time draining the countryside and harming it demographically. Urbanisation is a natural human striving toward improvement, but since the balance is no longer there (it has been broken), our agency's efforts are directed at supporting and easing the reverse process — toward what we consider the new way forward, namely toward Nature. We believe that Nature is the perfect system for life on planet Earth: it offers limitless resources and provides everything needed for our comfortable existence here. It remains for us to choose to return to it — in a new way, equipped with understanding and awareness, and using high technology in harmony with what nature provides.
With the experience we have gathered from living outside the big city, we are ready to build, together with you, your model for life and business in nature, combined with suitable infrastructure. To share the knowledge and use of nature's gifts, cycles and dependencies — helping with consultations, with developing a concept secured by a regulatory basis, and with carrying out the project.

Stages of our work:
- Consultation — a personal meeting and conversation in which we bring our knowledge together with your needs in relation to nature. A special presentation of what we have done in the field so far.
- Developing a concept — a concrete proposal for your concept, fully developed by us on the basis of the consultation. Methods and ways of meeting the need for resources depending on the characteristics of the chosen terrain, the degree of merging with nature, the size of the investment — buying or leasing land, equipment, technology, architecture, and so on.
- The documentary part of the project — legal grounding for ownership, permits, statuses, contracts. All legal arrangements concerning daily life and business.
- The implementation part — carrying out the project in steps and agreements described in advance and notarised, with municipal authorities and with contractors at every level, with deadlines and standards.
Nature is abundant; the new way forward is in nature.
Although cities remain a hub of culture, art, economy and more, people increasingly realise that the true development of human potential is not there.
