tea × house × menu = what we put on the table when the home opens for a guest with a cup in hand.
Why a menu of recipes
The tea house is not a shop. What you pay for is not the tea — the tea is from the garden, grown on its own terms, paid in labour and time long before it reached the hearth. What you pay for is presence: the fire someone lit, the kettle waiting, the conversation that wouldn't have happened anywhere else.
So every line is computed as a recipe:
- Herbs — from the garden, €0 purchase cost (own production); harvest labour is paid elsewhere, in the herbs section of the site.
- Wood — biomass, €0.04/kWh per Eurostat firewood reference (see calculator).
- Water — from the well, €0.20/m³ (NSI water tariffs).
- Time — minutes at the table × minimum hourly rate (€7.73/h NSI Bulgaria, or €7.83/h Schumann resonance as the planetary floor when no national rate is defined).
No harmonic rate (L1–L5: €36–€216/h) enters the cup — those are for services, not for the home. In the tea house, time flows at the minimum.

The price covers ~2 min brewing + ~5 min conversation at the table — the average dose that doesn't let the cup go cold before you've finished your thought. Herbs from the garden: mint, chamomile, lemon balm, oregano, rosehip, yarrow — whatever this morning asked to be picked.

Three pours at the table for an hour: first — opening, second — deep, third — closing. Up to six guests. Preparation, serving, clearing — everything in. This is the format for the Sgledniti 2026 stand and for home occasions.
Price as math, not margin
The difference with an ordinary café is not "cheaper"; the difference is that here the price is math, not margin. Time × minimum wage + herbs from the garden + water from the well + wood for the fire. No interior markup, no brand premium, no chain of middlemen between leaf and cup.
