The architecture sits at *.perma.family — one subdomain per registered family. Each family is itself a horo module on the same seven life-axes (body → pair → children → home → lineage → community → Earth). The whole becomes "an organic perma family made of families": every family self-describing, every family linkable to every other by composition.

Schumann resonance — the cosmic floor

When a country has not (yet) declared a statutory minimum, or when the lattice extends to a region the registry has not catalogued, the Schumann resonance (~7.83 Hz) becomes the fallback floor: one Earth-beat per hour, paid in the local currency unit. The planet itself sets the wage in the absence of human agreement. Numerically it sits within 1.3% of Bulgaria's NSI minimum (€7.73/hour) — the alignment is observed, not designed.
